The penniless young Emiliano has long had a bitter enemy, the small-town boss McDonaldson. When an old gold prospector, in whose mine Emiliano was involved, is found dead, he has to defend himself against the suspicions of the townspeople and the intrigues of McDonaldson, which he is weaving with the help of the corrupt sheriff. With the help of the young Aurora, who is almost a kidnap victim, and an FBI agent, he succeeds.
