Arkadiusz "Arka" Bożek (born January 12, 1899 in Markowitz near Ratibor ; † November 28, 1954 in Katowice ) was a Polish minority politician in Silesia . Bożek was a member of the Provincial Parliament of the Province of Upper Silesia . During World War II he emigrated to Great Britain . After the war Bożek was Vice Voivode in the Silesian-Dabrowa Voivodeship , People's Republic of Poland .
