The highway begins on the Oklahoma border , where it becomes Oklahoma State Route 116 , and ends east of Clifty on Arkansas State Route 23 . State Route heads north on Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport along before in Bentonville on the US Highway 71 and Interstate 540 meet. It crosses Beaver Lake between the town of Rogers and Clifty .
