The Arroyo Colla is a river located in the department of Colonia in southern Uruguay .

It rises in the Cuchilla Grande Inferior west of Florencio Sánchez at about 180 meters above sea level. From there it runs south. Shortly before its mouth, it meets the northern part of the city of Rosario , in the east of which, after about 23 km, it flows as a right-hand tributary into the Río Rosario .
