The Arroyo Itapebí Chico is a river in western Uruguay .

The river, located in the Salto department, has its source in the Cuchilla del Daymán south of Saucedo . From there it flows in a westerly direction, crosses under Ruta 3 and flows into the former on the right near the mouth of the Arroyo Itapebí Grande in the Río Uruguay .
