The Arroyo Trillo is a river in the disputed Rincón de Artigas area , claimed by both Uruguay and Brazil.

It rises in the Cuchilla Negra near the border with the Uruguayan department of Rivera . From there it flows north, where it flows into the Arroyo de la Invernada as a left tributary .
