The Kharlovka ( Russian Харловка ) is an 85 km long river in the north of the Kola Peninsula in Murmansk Oblast in Russia .

The river has its source in a swampy landscape 30 km north of Lake Jefimosera and flows through several lakes in an easterly direction, including the lakes Ljawosero ( ) and Wuntasjawr ( ). It then takes up the right tributary Nekju (Некъю) and turns abruptly to the north and flows into the Barents Sea after another 36 km opposite the island of Barkas (Баркас) at the place of the same name . Its catchment area covers 2000 km², its mean discharge at the mouth is 32.4 m³ / s.

The Charlowka is open to tourists for anglers. There are Atlantic salmon and sea trout caught.
