The Arroyo de la Invernada is a river on the border between Brazil and Uruguay.

It rises in the Cuchilla Negra and forms the eastern border of the disputed Rincón de Artigas area up to the mouth of the Arroyo Maneco . From there it flows, forming the border between the two states, to the northwest, where it flows as a left-hand tributary into the Río Cuareim , which at this point leaves exclusively Brazilian territory and continues the state border. The most important tributary of the Arroyo de la Invernada from Uruguayan territory is the Arroyo de la Charqueda . From the Brazilian side, this is the Arroyo de Florencio .
