The Arroyo de la Charqueada is a river in northern Uruguay .
The river, which rises in the Cuchilla de Belén on the border between the Uruguayan departments of Artigas and Salto, flows from there to the northeast. It flows as a left-hand tributary north of Paso de Segundo into the Arroyo Maneco .
