The Arroyo del Descarnado is a river in the south of Uruguay .
The left tributary of the Arroyo Pando is located in the area of the Department Canelones in its 14th sector . It rises north of San Jacinto near Ruta 7 . From there it flows in a northeast-southwest direction, crosses under the Ruta 11 and flows southwest of San Jacinto into the Arroyo Pando .
