Arthur Böttgen (* 1919 ; † unknown) was a German football player .

Career

Böttgen was a midfielder of FSV Frankfurt from 1937 to 1948 , for whom he initially played in the Gauliga Südwest from 1937 to 1941 , in one of 16, later increased to 23 Gauligen at the time of National Socialism as a uniform top division in the German Reich . from 1939 to 1941 in the Mainhessen season , from 1941 to 1944 in the Gauliga Hessen-Nassau and finally in season 3 - Frankfurt , which was canceled after five match days were not played completely.
