Arthur John Collins (* 1931 ) is a British diplomat .

Life

Collins was Counselor at the United Kingdom Legation to the OECD from 1978 to 1981 . Then he was High Commissioner in Papua New Guinea from 1982 to 1986 .

He was honored with the appointment as Officer of the Order of the British Empire .
