Arzjom Huryn ( Belarusian Арцём Гурын , international after the English translation Artsiom Huryn ; *  February 17, 1998 ) is a Belarusian athlete who specializes in the long jump .

Career

Arzjom Huryn gained his first international experience in 2015 when he was eliminated from the qualification at the Youth World Championships in Cali with 7.29 m. Two years later he reached the final of the U20 European Championships in Grosseto , where he finished tenth with a width of 7.48 m. He also started with the Belarusian 4 x 400 meter relay, but did not make it to the finish line in the preliminary run. In 2019 he took part in the U23 European Championships in Gävle , Sweden , where 7.77 m helped him finish sixth.

In 2018 and 2019, Huryn won the Belarusian championships with a jump of 7.57 m (indoor) and 7.65 m (open air).
