As-Sufla , also Tolka ( Arabic الجزيرة السفلى, DMG al-Ǧazīra as-Suflā orتولكاLow Islet, Ile Basse) is an uninhabited island , which to Djibouti belonging archipelago of the Seven Brothers Islands in the Strait of Bab al Mandeb between the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean .

The island is about 10 km off the coast of the Obock region . It has a bizarre shape with several headlands and reaches a height of 17 meters (geonames: 2 m) above the sea . It is surrounded by reefs.
