Asdrúbal Pinto de Ulysséa (born October 31, 1927 in Pedras de Fogo , Paraíba ) is a former Brazilian diplomat .

Life

Asdrúbal Pinto de Ulysséa is a Bachelor of Laws . From 1958 to 1961 he was the third class legation secretary in Jakarta , Indonesia . From 1961 to 1962 he was Vice Consul at the Consulate General in Glasgow . From 1962 to 1963 he was Consul General in Boston . From 1963 to 1964 he was Consul General in Rosario , Argentina. From 1967 to 1969 he was first class delegation secretary at UN headquarters .

From May 11, 1970 to February 11, 1971 he was Legation Counselor and intermittent chargé d'affaires in Canberra . From 1971 to 1987 he was the Brazilian government's representative at the Organization of American States . From 1987 to 1991 he was ambassador to Tel Aviv . From 1988 he was also accredited with the government in Nicosia . From 1991 to 1992 he was ambassador to Havana . From 1993 to 1994 he was employed in the Ministry of Culture. From 1994 to 1998 he was the ambassador of Brazil in Kiev .
