Leonardo Eulálio do Nascimento e Silva (born March 26, 1915 in Paris ; † January 29, 2014 ) was a Brazilian diplomat .

Life

Leonardo Eulálio do Nascimento e Silva was the son of Margery do Nascimento e Silva and Joaquim Eulálio do Nascimento e Silva , he was married to Isabel Veronique do Nascimento e Silva. The couple had a daughter, Maureen Verónica do Nascimento e Silva.

In 1962 he headed the communication and archive department in the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Itamaraty . From 1962 to 1965 he was consul general in Copenhagen . In 1964 he was also chargé d'affaires in Oslo . From 1966 to 1970 he was ambassador to Bangkok and was also accredited to the governments of Singapore , Saigon and Kuala Lumpur . From 1971 to 1974 he was ambassador to Canberra . In 1975 he was ambassador to Jakarta .
