The Brazilian ambassador resides on the 34th floor of the Lumpini Tower in Bangkok . He is also regularly accredited by the governments in Phnom Penh , ( Cambodia ) and Vientiane ( Laos ). Until 1982 he was also regularly accredited with the Singapore and Kuala Lumpur governments .
