The Assalam FC is an East Timorese football club . He is based in Dili .
history
In 2015, Assalam FC reached fourth place in the qualifying round for the newly founded LFA Primeira Divisão in Group A and thus missed out on a place in the top division. In the 2016 season , the club landed in second place in Group B of the LFA Segunda Divisão , so that it remained second class in the 2017 season. In 2017 they came in second place in Group B, but in the 2018 season they were promoted to the league Futebol Amadora Primeira Divisão with first place .
At the national cup Taça 12 de Novembro 2016 they reached the final, but lost it 0-1 against the first division club AS Ponta Leste . At Taça 12 de Novembro 2017 , Assalam was eliminated in the first round and in 2018 they failed in the final against Atlético Ultramar .
