The Cup 12 de Novembro 2017 was the fourth edition of the football - cup competition for East Timorese club teams . A total of 20 teams took part in the season. The defending champion was AS Ponta Leste .
The cup tournament started on September 29th with the first round and ended on October 28th, 2017 with the final in the National Stadium of East Timor in Dili . There Atlético Ultramar won its first cup title with a 7-4 win over Carsae FC .

In the final, the reigning champions of the Segunda Divisão, Atlético Ultramar from Manatuto , and Carsae FC from Dili , who managed to stay in the Primeira Divisão in 2017 with 6th place, faced each other.
