The Cup 12 de Novembro 2019 was the sixth edition of the football - cup competition for East Timorese club teams . A total of 20 teams take part in the season. The defending champion was Atlético Ultramar .
The Cup tournament began on May 7, with the first round and ended with the final match on October 12, 2019. There, the won FC Lalenok United with a 3: 2 win over Sport Laulara Subdistrict e Benfica its first Cup title and to the title in 2019 and the Double .

The final took place on October 12, 2019 at the Dili Stadium. Sport Laulara e Benfica took the lead 2-0 after goals from Mouzinho de Lima (13th minute) and Paulo Gally (30th) until Elias Misquita (48th) and Francisco da Costa (68th) for Lalenok United Achieved compensation. Italo Pimental scored the winning goal for Lalenok in stoppage time in the second half.
