The Cup 12 de Novembro 2016 was the third edition of the football - cup competition for East Timorese club teams . A total of 21 teams took part in the season. The defending champion was Aitana FC .
The cup tournament began on August 4th with the first round and ended on September 10th, 2016 with the finals in the East Timor National Stadium in Dili . There won AS Ponta Leste with a 1: 0 win over Assalam FC his first Cup title.
