The Cup 12 de Novembro 2018 was the fifth edition of the football - cup competition for East Timorese club teams . A total of 20 teams took part in the season. The defending champion was Atlético Ultramar .
The cup tournament began on September 26, 2018 with the first round and ended with the final at Kampo Demokrasia Dili in Dili . There Atlético Ultramar won its second cup title with a 3-2 win over Assalam FC .

The final at Kampo Demokrasia Dili took place on October 27, 2018. The defending champions, Atlético Ultramar from Manatuto , and the reigning champions of the Segunda Divisão, Assalam FC from Dili , faced each other. The brackets indicate the league level in which the club played in the 2018 season.
Bernardo Freire scored goals for Atlético in the 11th and 35th minutes and Eusebio Almeida in the 39th minute. Ramiro Maggi scored goals for Assalam FC in the 19th and Nicolas Altamira in the 2nd minute of stoppage time in the first half.
