The Cup 12 de Novembro is since 2013 been registered football - cup competition for East Timorese club teams . It is organized annually by the Liga Futebol Amadora (LFA) and is the second most important title in national club football after the championship . The winner has qualified for the LFA Super Taça since 2016 . The cup is named in memory of the Santa Cruz massacre in Dili on November 12, 1991.

The winner of the cup is determined in the knockout system . If a game ends in a draw after regular playing time, the winner will be determined in a penalty shoot-out . An extension of 15 minutes twice is not played out.

The record winner is Atlético Ultramar with two titles. The current title holder is FC Lalenok United . He won the final of the 2019 cup round (6th edition) on October 12, 2019 against Sport Laulara e Benfica 3-2.
