The league Futebol Amadora Segunda Divisão 2019 was the fourth season of the second highest East Timorese football league since it was founded in 2016. The season started on April 30, 2019 and ended on July 19, 2019 with the game for the championship of the Segunda Divisão 2019. The Aitana FC and DIT FC qualified for the Primeira Divisão 2020 . The Cacusan CF and FC Lero retired from the second league. The championship game was won by DIT FC.

Last year, three teams qualified in a tournament to replace the four relegated teams from the 2017 season . Then the twelve teams of the Segunda Divisão played in a group against each other.

In 2019 they returned to the two-group system with two six teams, from which the two group winners qualify for promotion to the Primera Divisão.

Teams and venues

Assalam FC and FC Lalenok United rose from the Segunda Divisão to the Primeira Divisão in 2018 . DIT FC and Cacusan CF were relegated to the Segunda Divisão . The ten other teams already played in the second division in 2018.

The games took place exclusively on the Kampo Demokrasia Dili .
