At A Loss ( English for “stand on the hose” but also “sold out”) is an American independent label .
At A Loss was founded in 1995 in Crownsville , Maryland . At A Loss Recordings mainly publishes metal bands from the Doom sub-styles Sludge and Stoner Doom . There are also some representatives of Grindcore (Burned Up Bled Dry) and Post-Metal ( Minsk ).
The most famous representatives of the label include Baroness , Kylesa , Dark Castle , Rwake and Monarch . Most of the label's publications are available on CD, vinyl and download .
