Attila Benjamin Varga (born November 10, 1991 in Amstetten ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Varga started his career at DSG Union Perg . From 2005 he also played in the AKA Linz , where he was last used in 2010. From the 2009/10 season he played for the LASK amateurs . He made his debut for this in the Upper Austrian League in August 2009, when he was in the starting line-up against SV Grün-Weiß Micheldorf on the second day of that season . With the amateurs of LASK, he rose to the regional league at the end of the season .

He played his first game in this in August 2010 when he came on as a substitute for Sebastian Schröger in the 59th minute on the fourth match day of the 2010/11 season against the amateurs of SK Sturm Graz . In March 2011, Varga scored his first goal in the Regionalliga in a 1-0 win against the amateurs von Sturm.

For the 2011/12 season he moved into the squad of professionals at LASK. In August 2011, he made his debut in the second division when he was brought into play on the seventh match day of that season against SC Austria Lustenau in the 79th minute for Daniel Kogler . With the LASK he had to be relegated to the regional league at the end of the season. In the 2013/14 season he rose again with the club in the second highest division. In the promotion season, Varga came to eight regional league appearances in which he scored two goals.

After promotion he moved to the regional league SK Vorwärts Steyr for the 2014/15 season . For Steyr, he played 26 games in the regional league that season and scored three goals. In the summer of 2015 he joined the league competitor Union St. Florian . In his two seasons with St. Florian Varga completed 53 regional league games in which he scored eight goals.

For the 2017/18 season he moved to the fifth-class SV Bad Schallerbach . In summer 2018 he returned to his fourth-class youth club DSG Union Perg.
