The Audna is a river in southern Norway that flows through the municipalities of Lyngdal and Lindesnes in the Audnedal in Agder . The Audna has its source in Grindheimsvatnet and flows over the Upper and Lower Øydnavatn south of Vigeland into the Sniksfjord.
The Audna is a total of 55 km long. Between Bustad and the outlet of the lower Øydnavatn there are salmon and sea trout over a length of around 30 km . The growing salmon population of the Audna goes back to the early 1970s. In 1985 the Audna was artificially enriched with lime in order to preserve the salmon stock.
In 2004, 2.4 tons of salmon and 219 kg of sea trout were fished in the Audna.
