Audra Daujotienė

Audra Daujotienė (born January 2, 1953 in Krasnoyarsk Region , Russia ) is a Lithuanian liberal politician , former vice mayor of Klaipėda municipality .

Life

She grew up in the family of the Lithuanian Siberia deportees. It wasn't until 1957 that she came to Lithuania. After graduating from high school in 1971 at the 4th Middle School in Klaipėda, Audra Daujotienė graduated in 1976 with a degree in mechanics from the automatic engineering faculty at Kauno politechnikos institutas in Kaunas and became an automatic control engineer. In 1976 she was a systems engineer at the “Baltijos” plant in Klaipėda . From 1997 to 2000 she was deputy, from 2000 to 2003 and from 2007 advisor to Eugenijus Gentvilas , the mayor of Klaipėda. From 1997 to 2010 she was a member of the city council.

From 1995 Audra Daujotienė was a member of Liberalų ir centro sąjunga .

Her husband is Vidmantas. They have the children Andrius and Valdas.
