Audrey Linkenheld (born October 11, 1973 in Strasbourg ) is a French politician of the Parti socialiste (PS). From 2012 to 2017 she was a member of the National Assembly from the Northern Department .

Life

Left hero first got involved with the Mouvement des Jeunes Socialistes and became its national secretary. From March 21, 2008 to October 1, 2012, she was Associate Councilor for Housing in Lille . In the parliamentary elections in 2012 , she ran in the second constituency of the northern department and moved into the National Assembly as the successor to Bernard Derosier with 64.69 percent of the votes in the second ballot .

After Benoît Hamon won the socialist area code in 2017, Linkenheld was appointed, together with Daniel Goldberg, to head the “City Policy, Housing” theme of Hamon's campaign.

She ran in the 2017 general election , but was defeated in the first ballot.

Linkenheld is a board member of Sciences Po Lille .
