Owe Carl Friedrich August Blaas (born January 3, 1829 in Schleswig ; † April 30, 1900 in Heide ) was the first mayor of the city of Heide.

Blaas was a miller by trade and came to Heide in 1854. He did public relations work within the Eggenkommunen. In 1868 he was elected head of the Fleckenkollegium , then on June 30, 1870 he was elected the first mayor of Heid . On December 4, 1895, he resigned as mayor and was made the first honorary citizen of the city of Heide.
