August Fuchs (judge)

Hermann Theodor August Fuchs (born April 23, 1857 in Treysa ; † December 21, 1920 ) was a German judge .

Life

His father Hermann Fuchs was a judge and judge at the Treysa Justice Office from 1864 to 1881. In 1875, during his studies, he became a member of the Germania Marburg fraternity . The Prussian fox was sworn in in 1878. In 1884 he became a court assessor. In 1888 he became a district judge and in 1894 a district judge. He was promoted to district judge in 1899. In 1902 he became a higher regional judge in Kassel. On September 16, 1910 he came as an assistant judge to the Reichsgericht in III. Civil Senate . On November 1, 1910, he was already a Reich judge. He retired on New Year's Day 1918.
