August Moeller

August Moeller , also Möller (born October 7, 1822 in Schwerin , † September 20, 1882 in Rostock ; full name: Karl Friedrich August Wilhelm Moeller ) was mayor of Schwerin and a member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Moeller attended high school Fridericianum Schwerin and studied from 1841 to 1843 law at the universities of Rostock and Berlin . Until 1851 he was a lawyer and then a judge. From 1851 to 1858 he was a member of the magistrate in Schwerin and from 1858 to 1866 mayor. From 1866 he was a member of the Higher Appeal Court in Rostock.

From 1877 to 1878 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Mecklenburg 1 ( Hagenow , Grevesmühlen ) and the National Liberal Party .
