August Friedrich Wilhelm Karl Erdmann von Cramon (* 7. April 1861 in Pawlau , Upper Silesia ; † 19th October 1940 ) was a Prussian officer, last lieutenant general in the First World War .
Life
Cramon served as adjutant general of the German emperor and served as German military plenipotentiary in the Austro-Hungarian general staff from 1915 to 1918 . Freytag von Loringhoven had previously held the post. After the war Cramon was active as a writer and worked a. a. as executive chairman of the General Staff Association "Graf Schlieffen ". Cramon was married to Helene Freiin von Tschammer .
His grave is in the Invalidenfriedhof in Berlin.
