The Einöde Aurora is a forester's house in the Lower Franconian district of Main-Spessart belonging to the district of the main town of Neustadt am Main .
geography
Aurora is 495 m above sea level. NHN in the Spessart on the edge of the Fürstlich Löwensteinschen Park . The wasteland is in a clearing on the saddle of the Dreßlingkopf and the monastery dome , between the valleys of Hafenlohr and Neuhöllbrunnbach .
history
The forester's house Aurora was built between 1817 and 1819 under Prince Carl zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg as part of the fence construction for the Löwenstein Wildlife Park .
