The Auzon is a river in France that runs in the Aube department , in the Grand Est region . Its origins are in the Forêt d'Orient Regional Nature Park , in the municipality of Brévonnes . Here it is endowed from the Lac d'Auzon-Temple reservoir , into which its natural sources were derived when it was built. Despite several changes in course, the river generally drains in a north-westerly direction and flows into the Aube as a left tributary after 40 kilometers in the municipality of Nogent-sur- Aube .
