Brévonnes is located about 25 kilometers east-northeast of Troyes on the Lac d'Auzon-Temple . Neighboring communities are Val-d'Auzon in the north, Pel-et-Der in the north and north-east, Blaincourt-sur-Aube in the east and north-east, Mathaux in the east, Radonvilliers in the east and south-east and Piney in the south and west. The Brévonnes station was on the Troyes – Brienne-le-Château railway line .
