Beurey is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Vendeuvre-sur-Barse in the north, Puits-et-Nuisement in the north and northeast, Longpré-le-Sec in the east, Bertignolles in the southeast, Chervey and Buxières-sur-Arce in the south, Magnant in the west as well Thieffrain in the northwest.
