Saint Germain Church

Saint-Germain is a French commune with 2304 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aube department in the Grand Est region . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Troyes and the canton of Saint-André-les-Vergers (until 2015: canton of Troyes-6 ). The inhabitants are called Germinois .

Saint-Germain is five kilometers southwest of Troyes . Saint-Germain is surrounded by the neighboring communities of La Rivière-de-Corps in the north, Saint-André-les-Vergers in the northeast, Rosières-près-Troyes in the east, Saint-Léger-près-Troyes in the southeast, and Saint-Pouange in the south , Laines-aux-Bois in the southwest, Prugny in the west and Torvilliers in the northwest.

The A5 car route and the national route 77 run through the municipality .
