Dosches is located about 13 kilometers east-northeast of Troyes on Lac d'Orient . Neighboring communities are Rouilly-Sacey in the north and north-east, Géraudot in the east and south-east, Lusigny-sur-Barse in the south, Laubressel in the west and Mesnil-Sellières in the north-west.
