Montigny-les-Monts is a French commune with 250 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aube department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ). It belongs to the canton of Aix-en-Othe (until 2015 Ervy-le-Châtel ) in the Troyes arrondissement . The inhabitants are called Montignaciens .

Montigny-les-Monts is located about 23 kilometers south-southwest of Troyes on the Canal de Bourgogne . Neighboring communities are Chamoy in the north and east, Saint-Phal in the east and southeast, Avreuil in the south and southeast, Davrey in the south and southwest and Auxon in the west.
