La Chapelle-Saint-Luc is a French commune with 12,319 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the immediate vicinity of the city of Troyes in the Aube department in the Grand Est region . Since 1971 there have been partnerships with Neckarbischofsheim in Germany.
