Étourvy is a French commune with 173 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aube department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Troyes and the canton of Les Riceys (until 2015 Chaource ). The inhabitants are called Stolviciens .

Étourvy is about 46 kilometers southeast of Troyes . Here the river Landion , which has seeped away underground, reappears on the surface. Étourvy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Chesley in the north, Balnot-la-Grange in the northeast, Villiers-le-Bois in the east and northeast, Quincerot in the east, Trichey in the south, Mélisey in the south and southwest and Lignières in the west.
