Ortillon is located about 24 kilometers north-northeast of Troyes . The Aube limits the community in the northeast. Ortillon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Vaupoisson in the north and west, Isle-Aubigny in the north and north-east, Chaudrey in the south and east and Voué and Montsuzain in the south-west.
