Neuville-sur-Vanne is located around 25 kilometers west-southwest of Troyes in the south of the Champagne region on the Vanne River . Neuville-sur-Vanne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Mesnil-Saint-Loup in the north, Estissac in the east, Villemoire-en-Othe in the south, Aix-Villemaur-Pâlis with Aix-en-Othe in the south and southwest and Villemaure-sur- Vannes to the west.
The A5 car route and the former route nationale 60 (today's D660) run through the municipality .
