The canton Piney was 2015 a French canton in the department of Aube and the region Champagne-Ardenne . It included 11 parishes in the Arrondissement of Troyes ; its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Piney . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. Dominique Voix was the last representative in the General Council of the Département.

The canton Piney was 242.73 km² and had 5292 inhabitants in 2012.
