The canton of Nogent-sur-Seine is a French constituency in the Aube department in the Grand Est region . It comprises 23 municipalities in the arrondissement of Nogent-sur-Seine and has its bureau centralisateur in Nogent-sur-Seine . As part of the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons, it was expanded in spring 2015.

Until the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons in March 2015, the canton of Nogent-sur-Seine included the 16 municipalities of Bouy-sur-Orvin , Courceroy , Ferreux-Quincey , Fontaine-Mâcon , Fontenay-de-Bossery , Gumery , La Louptière-Thénard , La Motte-Tilly , Le Mériot , Marnay-sur-Seine , Nogent-sur-Seine , Pont-sur-Seine , Saint-Aubin , Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle , Soligny-les-Étangs and Traînel . Its layout corresponded to an area of 213.47 km 2 . Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 1016.
