The Avenue Marius Renard 27 ( Dutch : Marius Renardlaan 27 ) is a residential tower in Anderlecht , a municipality in the Belgian capital, Brussels . The building is located in close proximity to Astridpark and the Great Ring , a 75 km long city motorway around Brussels.

The building is 85 meters high and has 30 floors. It was completed in 1971, making it one of the first buildings in Belgium to exceed the 80 meter mark. It is currently the third tallest residential tower in Brussels after the Up-site and the Brusilia and is also one of the tallest buildings in the city and the country .

A major renovation has recently been carried out on the building.
