The building at Bäckerstraße 22 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1910. The rental and commercial building is a protected monument .

The three-storey corner building with a mansard roof , corner bay window , dwarf house and figural relief forms an assembly with the building at Josef-Retzer-Straße 42 . This was built by the Ott brothers for the client Johann Hieronymus.

Both buildings fill the northern acute corner of the junction Josef-Retzer-Straße / Bäckerstraße.
