Josef-Retzer-Strasse 42
The building at Josef-Retzer-Strasse 42 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1910. The tenement house is a protected architectural monument .
The three-storey corner building with a mansard hipped roof , dwarf houses , bay windows and figurative relief forms an assembly with the building at Bäckerstraße 22 . This was built by the Ott brothers for the client Johann Hieronymus.
Both buildings fill the northern acute corner of the junction Josef-Retzer-Straße / Bäckerstraße.
