The Bülter See or Bültersee is a raised bog lake about two kilometers northeast of Heerstedt in the municipality of Beverstedt in the Lower Saxony district of Cuxhaven in Germany .
It is a dystrophic lake in a moorland , which has been designated as a nature reserve " Bülter See and Randmoore " since 1982 . The lake is completely surrounded by raised bogs. As early as the 1980s, it was considered to be one of the last undisturbed raised bog lakes in northern Germany.
